SPRING RESULTS

Congratulations to our TEAM FX SPRING racers and pacers for completing their 2025 CAP10K! It was a beautiful race day, and as always, everyone finished their race injury free! Congrats to our athletes, JOSHUA CANALES, ERIC SCHWARTZ & SHARMILA MEHTA. I'm extremely proud of ALL of our team members (Athletes, Contenders and Sustainers) for their courage, commitment and determination!!!

SUMMER IS HERE

It gets HOT in Austin during the summer, but you can stay moving with us into our 14-week Sustainable Summer Season. Move however you like and get our awesome community and custom coaching. Enjoy the trail at your speed, whatever distance you like, in the coolest hours of Summer Saturdays down on the Lady Bird Lake trail, OR ramp up to walk or run a 10K, OR continue your 10K distance all summer! Then join us for stretches and breakfast afterward. Something for everyone, all benefitting the children's services at SAFE!

This Spring season flew by, but it was so enjoyable, and the weather has been awesome. I'm so proud of our team, as our mission is about sustainability. We are focused on the long-term health and wellness of ourselves, each other, and the greater good of our entire community.

May we continue this trend into our fun, positive Summer season! Now's a perfect time to connect, get back into nature, re-awaken our minds, bodies and spirits, and rise into our potential as a community together!
