The SBA has once again reduced their annual service fee on SBA 504 loans approved for fiscal year 2025 (October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025) and the upfront guarantee fee will continue to be zero. During September 2024, over $394,000,000 in twenty-five year debentures were funded through the SBA 504 loan program. The interest rate fell once again - for the fifth month in a row!
