PGA OF BC PARTNER SPOTLIGHT

2UNDR

The vision of 2UNDR was simple. Inspired by the kangaroo pouch, 2UNDR set out to create a high-performance men’s athletic underwear with the versatility of everyday use. Using the most advanced construction techniques and materials, 2UNDR separates your equipment from your body to reduce unwanted skin-on-skin contact. With more support than a standard brief and improved airflow to keep you cool, 2UNDR products provide the best fit, comfort and style a man could ever need.

2UNDR was designed in Vancouver but is worn everywhere. Brand ambassadors include PGA Tour stars Rickie Fowler and Matt Every, plus many other major and action-sport athletes throughout North America.

Part of the Rampion Enterprises Ltd. brand family, 2UNDR is a Bronze-level Preferred Partner of the Association and presenting sponsor of the PGA of BC’s Golf Shop of the Year Award. Rampion Enterprises Ltd. served as the presenting sponsor of the 2024 Sponsor-Media Appreciation Invitational.

ERIC WANG WINS THE 2024 CLUB PROFESSIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP IN COMMANDING FASHION

Eric Wang holed his putt on the 18th hole at Nanaimo Golf Club to close the two-round competition at 6-under par, unsure of the status of the tournament leaderboard. He wondered aloud: “Did I do enough?” As he headed to the scoring table, greeted by high-fives and congratulations, the reality of his victory sank in. Winning by an emphatic six shots, Wang secured the 2024 Srixon/Cleveland Golf Club Professional Championship presented by Nike Golf & Mobilicab title.

The Victoria Academy of Golf Head Teaching Professional dominated in Round One, making seven birdies and an eagle en route to a first round 65 (-7). Holding a three-stroke lead into the final round, Wang maintained his composure and poise. Lacking the spectacular highs of his first round, Wang instead fended off his competitors by avoiding mistakes in the difficult, rainy conditions. Shooting 73 (+1) on the second day, his steady play was more than enough to lift the Dick Munn Memorial Trophy at the pristine but challenging Nanaimo Golf Club. The win is Wang’s first career victory at a PGA of BC provincial championship, having tied as runner-up at last year’s Club Professional Championship.
