Last chance to read Thanksgiving in the Woods Story Walk outside the Library
"Thanksgiving in the Woods" by Phyllis Alsdurf is based on a true story about a family in upstate New York who hosted Thanksgiving out among the trees. Miss Kate celebrated Thanksgiving outside one year and she said it was very COLD! This is how the first settlers and the native Americans might have had their dinner. Start at the Library doors. A new story walk will be going out soon for the winter.
