Regular Town Council meeting July 12th at 6:30 p.m.
Join the next regular Town Council meeting tomorrow evening, Wednesday, July 12th at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be in-person at the Fairfax Women’s Club, 46 Park Road and online.
Fairfax’s Public Works Department applied for a Marin County Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (MCSTOPPP) grant and won funding to install storm water trash capture devices in several downtown locations. Look for work to be starting in the next few weeks near Bolinas Road between Park Road and Broadway, and on Merwin Avenue.
This is a big deal! The trash capture devices will help us combat trash, chemicals, and other pollutants from entering Fairfax’s creeks and waterways. Special thanks to MCSTOPP for their help with this project.
