We have been pondering what to do with our floor samples that have been on the floor for some time. It is not as if you can send them down to Florida to retire, and we like to refresh the floor with new samples continuously.  Soooo, we have created the "Attic" in our third floor showroom to retire certain pieces. This is a place where you will find amazing samples at discounted prices.

The Neval Modular Sectional from Robin Bruce is available in fabric ZW105-70. The finish is Chocolate.

If you are looking for a long, track arm sofa, the Lee Industries 7922-03 is 101" W x 40"D x 36"H. We have it on the floor covered in Sherpa Cloud fabric with a welt of Pierre Pearl fabric. The finish is Beechwood.

The Mercer Desk from Mr. Brown is the small size which is 59"W x 30"H x 30"D. We have it in the warm dark oak finish with aged brass.

The Marley Swivel chair from Jessica Charles is shown in Friendly Tweed fabric. It measures 32W x 33D x 32H. We have a pair of the chairs.

The Good Egg Swivel Chair from Thayer Coggin is iconic! We have it covered in fabric 6-2050-05.

The Fred Chaise from Thayer Coggin is a midcentury modern classic. We have it here in CLBlack analine dyed leather with black powder coat finish.

The Wesson Hanley Cocktail Table from Four Hands with a hidden storage drawer is still available here! It has a bleached walnut finish and measures 63"W x 32"D x 17-3/4" H.
