Ease chronic pain through yoga therapy techniques. Learn how to balance your body to create mobility and build strength, reviving a natural sense of confidence in your movement. To release tension in the fascia (connective tissue) a variety of yoga therapy tools will be used, including: fascial release balls, elastic bands, and other yoga props. In addition, movement patterns for both releasing tension and building muscular strength to balance the body will be taught.

Neck and shoulder tension is so commonplace that people just accept it as part of life. Often created by poor posture and improper movement patterns, chronic neck and shoulder pain can be corrected through simple movements and fascia release techniques. Restrictions in the connective tissue layers of the body (fascia) impair range of motion and the ability to do daily tasks with ease. Join us to learn simple movement patterns and rolling techniques to release pain, improve balance, and restore confidence in your movement.

Snow Cancellation Policy
Winter has arrived! Just a reminder of the studio's policy regarding class cancellations for snow.

MSY Cancels the Class - Notices will be posted on Facebook, and emails sent from Punchpass to the students directly affected by the cancellation at least 2 hours before the beginning of the cancelled class. Since MSY cancelled the class, no pass credits will be used from your account. However, your reservation will remain listed in the class so you can move it to a different class. Please do not call the studio phone.

You decide not to come to class - If the studio holds the class but you don't feel safe driving there (or a snowdrift blocks your front door), simply delete your reservation or transfer it to another class in the Winter Session. The window for you to delete, transfer, or cancel a class reservation late is 2 hours ahead of the class's starting time for the Winter Session.
