Road ATL GT Provisional Supplemental Rules & Info
Road ATL is just around the corner!

Please read this message and the provisional supplemental rules carefully and ensure that all documents and deadlines are met. Please ensure you read the 2023 Rules and changes to ensure you are in compliance.

NOTE: Triangle window nets are no longer permitted UNLESS you are running lexan windows as part of the FIA homologation of the car. ALL window nets must meet SFI 27.1 specification. Email race@racewrl.com with any questions

Load-in for those participating in the Max Track Time open test on Thursday will load-in Weds evening - look for more information from Max Track Time for load-in.

Load-in for those not participating in the Max Track Time open test will begin Thursday, February 9th @ 2PM. Staging and Load-In email to follow.

Tech will open Thursday (Time TBA) for those participating in the Max Track Time event. We are also going to attempt to make some tech slots available Weds evening - look for text updates.

Disclosure are due and drivers must be added to MSR with memberships no later than FRIDAY 1/27/2023. Send disclosures to Race@racewrl.com

TEAM CAPTAINS: It is your responsibility to ensure your drivers all receive this message, read and understand the supplemental rules as well as the 2023 WRL Rules in their entirety.


2023 WRL Road ATL Provisional Supps/Schedule:

Spectator Information

ALL WRL captains, crew, drivers, photographers, guests, staff, vendors to check-in at the registration building before gate entry access. 


Registration/Check-in Open Hours:

Thursday: TBD

Friday: 7AM - 6PM

Saturday: 7AM - 5PM

Sunday: 7AM - 1PM


Crew & Guests 
Each car registered for the Road ATL GT event will receive 12 TOTAL captain/crew/guest wristbands. This does not include drivers, as drivers will receive a driver wristband that supersedes the above. The captain MUST pick these wristbands up before you get to the gate. Additional crew/guest weekend bands can be purchased for $10 & can be purchased at the registration building. You will not be allowed to enter the track without a wristband. If the captain will not be present at the event, they will need to designate a driver or team member to pick the wristbands up (please email registration@racewrl.com if this is the case).

Drivers
Driver wristbands depend on the drivers listed on your Motorsports Registration entry. Please make sure this information is accurate and driver names are correct. If you need to add drivers before the event please email Jaycie at registration@racewrl.com. At-track driver additions are $25 per driver. Driver registration check-in will stay the same as usual. All drivers must check-in at the registration building before entering the track, have their 2023 gear self-check sheet completed, and helmets checked (this is annual, if you have already done your 2023 gear check, you will still need to check in as a driver but without your gear sheet/helmet in hand). 

Photographers
Photographers/Media people who have been approved and granted media access will receive their vest/wristband at the registration building. STRICT DEADLINE to request credentials. See supplemental rules for deadline/more info.

ACTION ITEMS

WRL tech is annual - if you have not tech'd your car in 2023 you must submit a completed disclosure worksheet w/ dynojet dyno (horsepower & torque with RPM on x-axis) no later than 1/27/2023 to Race@racewrl.com. Failure to submit by 1/27/2023 may result in your car being DQ'd from podium results / points if tech cannot be completed in time. If you have already tech'd this year and do not need to make changes, no action is required.

You must bring 2 physical copies of your disclosure worksheet to tech inspection.

All drivers must be registered for the event on MSR. WITH CURRENT MEMBERSHIP. Deadline 1/27/2023.

All drivers must have a 2023 helmet sticker on their helmets. If you do not have a 2023 (23-xxxx) helmet sticker you must bring a physical copy of the form to registration along with your helmet and plan to stay for the WRL orientation meeting immediately following the driver's meeting.
