A Note from Mrs. Bushey

I want to take a minute to thank everyone who has been working so hard to make Superdraw the party of the year! We are more than double the sponsorships than we've ever had in the past, and we are so excited with how many people are coming this year! Thank you also to everyone who has sold or bought tickets-by buying even one ticket, you show your support for your child's education. Please get those tickets turned in this week!

Catholic Schools Week is the week before Superdraw - please try to attend 10:30am Mass on Sunday, January 29, wearing your SRS Spiritwear, and join us for donuts afterwards. Open House and Early Childhood Roundup will be on Tuesday, January 31 at 5pm and 6pm!

Our new Facebook page is up and running! Please be sure to LIKE us - can we make it to 200? https://www.facebook.com/SRBCatholicSchool

ANGEL FOOD

Take a cup of kindness, and mix it well with love. Add a lot of patience and faith in God above. Sprinkle very generously with joy and thanks and cheer, and you’ll have lots of angel food to feast on all the year.

PENCILS, FOLDERS AND NOTEBOOKS

We’re a week into the second semester. How are your children’s basic school supplies? Do they need a new notebook or pencils and pens? Take a few minutes this weekend to update supplies so that your students are as prepared for the second semester as they were for the first.

SPECIAL MASS NEXT WEEK

Our all school Mass day for next week has been changed to 10am on Wednesday, 1/25 because Bishop Boyea will be here to visit and concelebrate the Mass! We hope you’ll join us to celebrate Mass as a school family. Please note that there will not be an all school Mass on Thursday, 1/26.

A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR

Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

As the calendar approaches almost the half way point of the 2022-2023 school year, the GCCS elementary schools want to hear from you about how the 2022-2023 school year thus far has gone. This survey should take no more than 10 minutes and the information collected will help us better understand areas in which we can grow as a GCCS community. Thank you for your help and feedback.

2022-2023 Mid-Year GCCS Elementary School Parent Survey
