Today’s cybersecurity landscape can be a frightening place. Ransomware attacks seem to occur daily and are having tangible impacts on our daily lives. What many people don’t know is there are individuals out there with the high-stakes role of negotiating with threat actors on behalf of organizations impacted by ransomware. Join us for a discussion led by a former ransomware negotiator to learn about how ransomware impacts an organization, the ransomware negotiation process, risk awareness and mitigation, and how to best prepare your organization for this eventuality. Presented by Andrew Carr, Senior Director of Business Development for Booz Allen’s Commercial Incident Response team.

Free for WEDI members.

THURSDAY Sept. 12, from 1-3 pm ET
