Harbourside Development, Bristol

The residential development for the provision of 13 serviced apartments on Bristol’s Harbourside for Simon James New Homes, John Perkins Construction are now out of the ground and preparing the formwork for the concrete ‘transfer slab’. This will permit the erection of the steel frame in early March as we head towards a completion date of December 2023.

Another Win!

OA had an early New Year’s present with an allowed appeal on behalf of Thrive Homes UK for the development of up to 60 dwellings on a site in Winslow, Buckinghamshire. The application was for ‘Outline Approval’ but due to the standpoint of the LPA a lot more information was required to support the submission. The appeal was issued shortly after the hearing and the decision reflects the clarity of the case.

Thanks to all the team in helping get this one approved.
