Students Eat for Free!
MRCS is on a Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). This allows all of our students from Pre-K through 12th grade to eat Breakfast and Lunch for free!
MRCS is also participating in Breakfast After The Bell using the Grab and Go option. Increasing school breakfast participation can alleviate childhood hunger, improve nutrition, and ensure children have a healthy start to their day. Follow this link to learn more.
C.A.T.C.H Tip of the Month
Colors of the Rainbow

All the vibrant colors in fruit and vegetables come from natural plant chemicals that have healthy effects on our bodies. Different colors have
different effects, so it’s good to eat a variety of different colors each day.
Offer your kids a colorful snack of different fruits and berries, or chop vegetables into interesting shapes to
make them seem more fun and exciting.
