Grub Hub opens for lunch on Tuesday!

After School Help

Mr. Wilson will be in the library on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to provide help with math and a place to study for those waiting for rides or practice. Stop by and say hello!

Mass Dress Next Friday

Our first Mass will this coming Friday on September 6, 2024. Please remember that students are to be in Mass Dress. This mean middle school students are to wear their uniforms (even though it's a Friday). High school boys need to be in slacks, collar-shirt with a tie. High school girls can wear modest dresses or slacks and a blouse. Jeans and sweats are not acceptable for Mass Dress.


Students are expected to stay in Mass Dress for the entire school day.

Senior Retreat - September 13th


September 13th will be out first Senior Retreat.


We will be spending the day at the Cal Poly Humboldt Newman Center in Arcata. Parking here is limited, so please park at the Arcata Community Center parking lot right off Union Street at 9:00 am. (Same parking lot as HealthSport)


Please do not be late, as we have a lot planned. Lunch will be provided, but bring a water bottle. We will be done and leave between 1:00-1:30.

Student Parking


No student parking in the back parking lot this year (before, during, after school).

Three students have Cash Bash Student Spots and may park in their assigned spots.


Sophomores can park along Henderson Street.

Juniors can park along C Street.

Seniors can park along Dollison Street on the school side.

Middle School Sports Sign Ups


We are planning for the upcoming Knights (6th-8th grades) fall sports seasons at SBA. I am gathering interest for fall sports. If your child is interested in co-ed soccer or girls volleyball (beginning August) please reach out to myself, Cliff Hart, or the coaches below. We need your child's name, grade, parent's name, parent's phone, and parent's email.

This Week's Activities

Our football teams represented us well at Hoopa Thursday night.

JV Volleyball defeated MACK in two sets.


Middle School Life Skills class learned about kitchen safety.

Congratulations to Isabella for winning her first Wally Trophy and being named the Track Champion last week at the Sonoma Drag Races.

Our sixth graders went to Sequoia Park this week to help clean up our community.
