The two-library buildings project is marching along and we are getting excited for the next phase: building and renovating! While groundbreaking is still a couple of months away, we are preparing to vacate our buildings. Before we leave, we are having parties to say farewell and reminisce.

Please join us and bring all of your library memories and mementos with you!

Library Director Elizabeth Lane and Town Manager Stanley Hawthorne, pictured above, visited the Westport Library in November to learn more about the 2019 $20.8 million renovation and expansion of its building and the lessons library staff learned along the way.

In this interactive three-part series, you will learn from Bloomfield's own Kirsten Benson about how to improve your balance. The series will transition from beginner to intermediate. All CT Reads 2023 Author Launch with Rosena Fung, Samira Ahmed, and Dawnie Walton

Join the authors of the 2023 All CT Reads book selections! They are: Rosena Fung, author of Living with Viola (children's book), Samira Ahmed, author of Hollow Fires (teen book), and Dawnie Walton, author of The Final Revival of Opal and Nev (adult book). Prosser Library and McMahon Wintonbury Library will be closed from 10AM - 1PM as we prepare for the next phase of our buildings project. We are preparing to move out of our current buildings and into different space(s) by February 2023. The future is bright!
