chfa will accept: supplemental consumer information formOn May 3, 2022, FHFA announced the mandatory use of the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (Form 1103) for loans sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with application dates on or after March 1, 2023. CHFA will accept this form prior to the March deadline. However, any CHFA Preferredsm (including CHFA Preferred VLIP) loan sold to CHFA with an application date on or after March 1, 2023, must include this form. Instruction on how to complete this form can be found here. For reference, please find a list of our homebuyer education providers and their Housing Counseling Agency Identification Numbers here. Please note: The form has a section for homeownership education and a section for housing counseling. While a borrower may have completed housing counseling, CHFA only requires borrowers to complete a CHFA-approved homebuyer education course. We do not require counseling.
