As a Participating Contractor, you are a crucial part of our program, and we want to hear your thoughts. We'd like to invite you to share your input on the 2023 Multifamily Program. Along with your overall experience, we’d also like feedback on the strengths and barriers of the program, what features worked and didn’t work, as well as your outlook on the retrofit market in 2023.

Other Program Updates: EVen Access Multifamily Charge 4 All Program 


The Multifamily Charge 4 All program offers an additional rebate of $2500/charger for any property that is participating in a multifamily energy efficiency program. Properties are not limited to only SoCalREN’s Multifamily rebate program. The $2500/charger can be stacked in conjunction with SCE’s Charge Ready program or as a standalone incentive.


All disadvantaged community (DAC) properties within Los Angeles County in the SCE’s service territory are eligible to participate. Please reach out to your account manager with any questions.

Marketing Materials Available to Contractors

The SoCalREN Multifamily Team is here to make your participation in the Program easier. We have marketing materials available to you and your team on the Contractor Resources section of the SoCalREN website. These materials have been created to help you inform customers about the details of the Program in various languages and cobranded versions are available on certain materials.


If there is something that the Program can do to help you and your team succeed, please fill out this quick form to help us improve. We would love your feedback! As the SoCalREN Multifamily Teams prepares for 2023, your feedback is valuable to ensure we are providing the necessary support to make you and your team successful.

SoCalREN Resource Energy Efficiency Learning Center 

Participating Contractors; have you taken advantage of the SoCalREN Energy Efficiency Learning Center (EELC)?


The EELC is available for you and your staff at no-cost, and lets you take educational courses at your own pace from the comfort of your home or office. The EELC offers an expanding catalog of more than eighty courses in a variety of categories including HVAC, Sales and Marketing, Commercial Energy Efficiency.


The EELC also offers accredited courses including Continuing Education Units from Building Performance Institute (BPI), Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), and North American Technician Excellence (NATE).

 

To access your free courses, please email the SoCalREN team, we'll create a login for you and any staff members interested in taking advantage of this benefit offered by SoCalREN.
