Dear St. Serra Parents,
We have been informed by the HOA at the Bella Ventana condos that their residents have been experiencing an increase in problems with entering and exiting their neighborhood during times of the day that coincide with our morning and afternoon traffic patterns. For those families who drive northbound on Antonio on their route to St. Serra, please heed the following reminders at all times:

Do not block the intersection at La Ventana. Per California Vehicle Code 22526, "...a driver of a vehicle shall not enter an intersection or marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or marked crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle driven without obstructing the through passage of vehicles from either side."

Do not turn into the condominium complex or otherwise cause additional traffic/blockage at the entrance to, or within, their private streets.
