Take Note

Here is a friendly reminder of the process providers should follow when enrolling or changing enrollment with Health First Colorado:

First, read all instructions! There are several very detailed pieces that need to be followed very specifically to successfully enroll. Learn about the most common mistakes that result in delays to enrollment and how to complete your application correctly.

If you have already tried this and need assistance with your enrollment or maintenance request call Gainwell Technologies, HCPF’s fiscal agent, at 1-844-235-2387. Always get the agent's name and Call Tracking Number (CTN) in case you or HCPF need to follow up with Gainwell.

If Gainwell can't help, or you need further assistance, submit an online request to the HCPF Field Rep team and a Field Rep will reach out to you within two (2) business days.
