S. Alice Chen

Co-founder & General Counsel, InvestaX


Alice Chen is the Co-founder and General Counsel of InvestaX. InvestaX is a MAS-licensed platform offering end-to-end solutions for the tokenisation, primary issuance and secondary trading of digital securities in the private securities markets. InvestaX leverages the best of TradFi (traditional finance) and DeFi (decentralized finance) concepts to bring technology-driven investment products and innovation. Alice spent more than 10 years in private practice with firms such as Skadden Arps and DLA Piper across multiple jurisdictions (US, China and Japan) prior to her entrepreneurial journey. Alice is actively engaged in the Fintech and blockchain communities in Singapore and beyond, regularly speaking, presenting and mentoring in the areas of Fintech, blockchain and entrepreneurship. She is a regular guest lecturer at Singapore Management University Academy in the area of Digital Assets and Blockchain and also teaches an IBF accredited course in Blockchain and Digital Securities. Pioneering a new industry requires her to constantly engage with regulators, policymakers and multilateral agencies across markets. She is currently the Chair of the Singapore Fintech Association Digital Financing Subcommittee, a Charter Member of TechGC, and a mentor for Tezos APAC EGG Web3 Incubator.


Pamela Lee

Head of Sales, APAC, Talos


Pamela is Head of Sales, APAC at Talos and responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales operations in this region. Prior to joining Talos, Pamela was Head of Partnerships, APAC at LMAX Group where her focus was to lead business growth with institutional clients in the FX and digital assets space. Outside of work, she is passionate about women empowerment and has served on the committees of YWLC (Singapore) and WIFA ASIFMA (Hong Kong). She started her career with Credit Suisse as an analyst in the equities sales trading division.


Lasanka Perera

COO, Independent Reserve Singapore


Lasanka is the chief operating officer at Independent Reserve. He oversees the operations and growth at Independent Reserve (established in 2013), Australia’s number 1 crypto exchange and the first crypto exchange in Singapore to receive a licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Before joining Independent Reserve, Lasanka’s experience spanned across markets and trading, including establishing several regulated consumer-facing financial services businesses. During his career in TradFi, Lasanka noticed the inefficiencies of foreign currency transfers and saw a huge potential in Bitcoin and the benefits the technology brings to improve people’s lives, leading him to pivot his career into the crypto space. As an early crypto adopter and avid crypto advocate, Lasanka is a regular participant at trade conferences and industry events, connecting like-minded advocates and businesses to foster the industry's growth. Lasanka resides in Sydney, Australia, with his wife and two daughters but has fallen in love with Singapore.


Tuhina Singh

CEO & Co-Founder, Propine


In a career spanning over 18 years, Tuhina has made markets for institutional investors in several asset classes, set up derivatives trading desk for a private Indian bank from scratch and successfully led the implementation of Calypso for a bank treasury before becoming an active participant in the Singapore crypto space from 2015. Having graduated as a computer engineer from the prestigious BITS Pilani and then an MBA from the premier Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Tuhina, is the CEO and co-founder of Propine, backed by well-regarded institutional investors in Singapore.


Celine Le Cotonnec

Chief Data Officer, Bank of Singapore


Celine Le Cotonnec received the accolade of Data Leader of the Year at the 2020 Women in IT Awards Asia and was listed in the inaugural SG 100 Women in Tech List . She oversees the data strategy of Bank of Singapore, the private banking arm of OCBC Group, looking after data analytics and Governance. Her mission is to foster a culture of innovation while running the Bank’s Innovation Centre of Excellence. Prior to joining Bank of Singapore, Celine was the Chief Data and Innovation Officer for AXA Insurance Singapore and the Head of ASEAN Connected Services, Digital and Mobility for car manufacturer PSA Peugeot Citroen in China.
