Dear Brothers and Parents,

To better serve our growing membership, the Tau Chapter of Kappa Sigma leadership has chosen to implement OmegaFi's full-service accounting package for invoicing and bookkeeping. This transition will bring about more streamlined processes and enhanced accessibility to your account status. 

What this means for you:

Starting May 1, all members will transition to a new member portal called GRSConnect. Don't worry, it's user-friendly! We've included screenshots below to help you navigate the new platform with ease. 

As a member, you will have access to information on how to log in, review your invoices, and make payments. The GRS team can be reached at 1-800-370-0725 or operationssupport@greekresourceservices.com. 

Logging in:

As soon as you create your account, you will receive an email from GRSConnect.com with your login information. Once logged in, you can edit your profile, view your account, update your password, and add your parents as contacts. 

When you add a contact to your account, that contact must create a separate login. Once added, your contacts will receive all correspondence sent to you, so you won't need to forward invoices to them. We encourage you to check and update your parent contact information on your GRSConnect account to ensure we can reach them effectively. 

Fall invoicing:

GRSConnect will send you your fall invoice as soon as it is posted. For in-house members, your first email will contain your rent invoice. All other invoicing will be sent in late May or early June. 

Navigating GRSConnect:

To add a contact, go to "Your Profile" > Contacts. Click "House Fund Activity" from the Home Screen to see your account history and newly posted invoices. (Please note: Account History will be uploaded within two weeks of account creation on GRSConnect.) Use the dropdown menu under "Current Activity" to see a list of payments or other historical information. To pay on your account, click "Make a Payment," complete your payment information, and click "Submit."
