Happy New Year to you and your family! I honored to start the new year off by providing a meal for area veterans. If you know of any near Sevier County, Tn, I hope you'll share this message with them.
I'm looking forward to reading in person and virtually with students across the country on World Read Aloud Day. Hope you'll take the time to read aloud to your favorite young people on February 1st. I plan to do a read-aloud on May 1st as well. I have not announced it yet, so you have first dibs. Contact me here.
I'll also be busy baking scones and cookies, and making tea sandwiches for a Martha Washington Tea fundraiser I'm helping with. If you have any favorite tea sandwich or scone recipes, I'd love to hear about them.
