Making an Impact - Building an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program's Capacity to Serve Employees Worldwide


It helps to have a guide! Our ADR Vantage team is excited to have recently completed an 18-month project developing a series of comprehensive resource guides to help modernize and standardize the delivery of ADR services across an organization-wide ADR program for one of our long-time clients. Designed for all program staff – from managers, to intake staff, to mediators – these guides serve as an easy-to-understand, collective reference to best practices, policies, skills, and processes for providing high-quality ADR services throughout this client’s worldwide operations. We were grateful to collaborate with our client on foundational resources that will continue to expand and build the organization's capacity to achieve its mission!

Growing DEIA at ADR Vantage


This past year we conducted well over 100 trainings impacting tens of thousands of employees worldwide! In fact, our DEIA-focused offerings have become our most requested trainings. Some of our most in-demand trainings include “Top 10 Best Practices for Workplace Inclusion,” "Recognizing & Reducing Bias in the Workplace," and “DEI Essentials for the Workplace.”



All training attendees walk away with unique resources to help put learnings into action immediately! Participants love our infographics, easy-to-use DEIA assessment tools for teams, and resource guides, to name a few. Keep an eye out for our popular new infographic on Top 10 Best Practices for Workplace Inclusion for tips on everything from how to be a better ally to inclusive language and marketing tips!

Piloting a "Train-the-Trainer" Career Coaching Program

Earlier this year, ADR Vantage worked side-by-side with a client to design and launch an internal Career Coaching program. This new program prepares trained coaches to support employees in exploring and making decisions about their career pathways. Our collaboration allowed us to draw from a wide variety of career coaching tools, including for career mapping, assessment, resumes, and interviews.


Many organizations are challenged with ways to provide intentional career development and advancement opportunities for their workforce. With this program, this client can now grow their internal capacity to support employees in developing personalized career plans!

A Glimpse at Our Mediation Impact in 2022

As the use of virtual mediation continues to expand, we have seen over 65% growth in virtual mediation requests this year compared to 2021. Over this past year, we have held mediations for participants located in over 35 different states (including Hawaii!) nationwide. Our practitioners have also conducted remote mediations for participants in international locations such as Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom!


We continue to be encouraged by the impact virtual mediation is making in people’s work lives! According to evaluations we received in 2022 alone, nearly all of our mediation participants provided highly positive feedback on an effective process and would recommend our mediators to others.

ADR Vantage Looks Ahead


A 2022 moment of gratitude – our team of internal staff met in person after what seems like years of remote work/life. We reconnected, reflected, and refocused! We learned meaningful insights about each other, celebrated our achievements, and looked ahead to our shared vision for the new year!
