Important Reminder: As posted in the Omnibus, any entry that is NOT complete by closing date April 23rd will be assessed a $25 late fee. The secretary e-mailed every competitor who did not have a complete entry and there are many who still have incomplete entries two days after closing date. Please check your Entry Status to see if you owe anything as incomplete entries will NOT be scheduled. This is your last reminder. It is your responsibility to check your e-mail and entry status and make sure your entry is correct and complete. If you have any questions please contact the secretary Penne Colao.

Many thanks to those who have submitted complete entries!!

Links that will help you to complete your entry:

  • Signed USEA & USEF Entry Agreement Must include rider, owner/agent, trainer. The trainer is the person responsible for the care of the horse NOT the instructor. Minors must have the signature of parent or legal guardian.
  • Electronic USEF Waiver and Release Form e-mailed to secretary@stonegatefarm.org
  • Stone Gate Farm Release Form with e-signature. (Once per season)
  • Current Coggins via X Entry or the Stone Gate Farm Coggins Upload page. The SGF coggins upload only has to be submitted once per season unless it expires, then a new one must be uploaded.
  • Vaccination Record using the official SGF vaccination form. Please note: since this is a new requirement and many have their appointment scheduled for a later date, we will allow a little wiggle room. However, you must do the following:
  • on the same day as making the entry e-mail secretary@stonegatefarm.org with vaccination record in the subject line with the date of your vet appointment
  • as soon as the horse is vaccinated submit the vaccination record. If the secretary has to contact you for the record your entry will not be complete and will be ineligible for the 'early bird' discount and or be assessed a 'late fee'
  • For those who owe money please use the Sign Up Genius to pay. Please be patient if it takes awhile to process your credit card or your name doesn't show up in the sign up right away, Do not keep resubmitting the payment as you may get charged again.

We're looking forward to a great weekend but we still could use some

  • More information on Cross Country Course Decorating. You can sign up on VIP, look for the Friday the day before the event but you can come earlier if you need to. The assignments have been updated. If you aren't sure where they are located, check out the cross country maps. Click HERE for a link to the maps.
  • Volunteers are always needed and much appreciated. Check out the Volunteer Page for job descriptions, resources and how to sign up
  • Saturday Night at the Races

Pay for your Stall Deposit OR Stall Cleaning Service, order shavings or any additional fees on Sign Up Genius.

Volunteers ALWAYS NEEDED and APPRECIATED

We cannot run these events without help from people like you. If you would like to help with the prep work in the next two weeks check out the Sign Up Genius where you can see what needs done and sign up. It doesn't have to be a particular day, just let me know when you can come. But please use the sign up as it's the only way I can keep track of things.

The week before AND the actual competition will be using the VIP Sign up. This will include prep work the week before, course decorating and of course the actual competition days. If you are a rider and you would like to volunteer, sign up as a floater with the division that you are riding and we will schedule your ride times so you can also volunteer.

Check out out website for more information on volunteering Thank you in advance for volunteering. We can't do it without you!!
