Last week, we reported that roadwork would start on portions of SW 97 Ave, W Datura St, and Banyan St. for the future Audi-Lamborghibi project. Phase 1A has been completed and the contractor is now moving to Phase 1B, which involves the installation of utilities on Banyan Street. Phase 2 is expected to last approximately 10 days. The same road closure and detour routes apply to this phase.

This is a multi-phased roadway reconstruction plan that is part of the future Audi-Lamborghibi project. Work will take place between 7 am and 3 pm while the project is ongoing and will primarily be done on weekdays, although some work on Saturdays might be necessary. The work will be implemented in accordance with the Village's noise ordinance.
