EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS

Please submit any outstanding expense reimbursement requests to the VP or Chair of your appropriate budget category and include all supporting documentation. This includes reimbursements for Art Day, Clubs, etc. Please complete the Reimbursement Form and email treasurer@icsptsa.org with questions.

ICS CONTAINER GARDERNER NEEDED (1 - 2 VOLUNTEERS)

The ICS Grounds Maintenance Committee needs one to two people to commit to care for the containers in front of ICS. The containers require watering year-round: once a week when it is hot and every 10-14 days when it is colder and water. During each watering session, you would also fill the self-watering system.

Once per year the plants need fertilized (this happened in March). Finally, you will periodically clean, and prune dead/diseased material as needed. Ideally, we would have a primary container gardener and a backup person. Help maintain these amazing containers that greet our guests.

This role will train this spring and commence work in mid-June with support from the existing lead over the summer. Contact: mary@oemig.com.

Call for Volunteers for FBLA Club's Movie Night

FBLA Movie Night will be on Friday, May 24th and we need volunteers who are able to supervise the event from 6:00 to 9 PM. Volunteer opportunities include Movie Room Supervision, Concession Stand Sales, and Game Area Supervision.

TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS

Auditions for the May 23 Talent Show on will be held in Mr. Plank's classroom from April 29 to May 3. Students in grades 6-12 are encouraged to sign up for an audition. We encourage a diversity of acts: yoyo, jump rope, magic tricks, stand-up comic, etc. If you can't make an audition slot, you can send a video link to the email on the Sign-up Genius. Sign up here. IMPORTANT CHANGES TO PARKING AROUND ICS

Important changes to the neighborhood streets around the ICS campus will be implemented by the City of Kirkland. It is important to pay attention to our traffic flow map. Please DO NOT drive directly on 112th Ave NE straight onto the school property in the mornings. Please look at the map below and pay attention to your drop off route. HELP OUR ZEN DEN!

Zen Den is creating a safe and cozy space for students to chill out. Working with our counseling team, the students request these 3 items to make the room a perfect place for when they need a mental health break.

1. Bookshelf (2.5''X1'', wood finish preferred)

2. Storage basket for blankets (medium sized, big enough for 1 regular blanket +2 weighted blankets)
