Power Of Kindness

GiveBIG WA is Happening NOW

GiveBIG is a statewide fundraising campaign in which individuals come together across Washington to invest in our communities. Your support will help ISR continue to nourish the seniors in our community, prevent isolation, and help seniors and caregivers navigate the path of aging. To donate, click here.


SHIBA Medicare Appointments Return to Coupeville!

Thanks to the generous community support of WhidbeyHealth, ISR’s SHIBA Medicare help will be re-starting appointments at the hospital. This is a mid-island option for in-person consultations. A BIG THANK YOU to Whidbey Health for helping us to add back the convenience of a Coupeville location. 

 

Appointments will be available beginning Wednesday May 1 then alternating Wednesdays. To schedule an appointment call (360) 321-1600. Our regular appointment locations at ISR Bayview and The Center at Oak Harbor will continue to offer a variety of appointment days and times.


Benefits Counseling

ISR offers free Medicare advising from SHIBA (Statewide Benefits Insurance Benefits Advisors)

Island Senior Resources has free medical equipment lending libraries for medical equipment, assistive devices (wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.), and hygiene products/personal care items including disposable underwear, pads, wipes, bed pads, no water shampoo, body wash, and more.
