2020 Tax Season is Over (for 75% of you..)

Now that the official 2020 tax filing deadline is behind us, we want to take a moment to thank you for your business and assistance in completing the taxes!! We hope you found the changes we made - such as a new client portal and the addition of a year over year comparison - both useful and informative. Most of all, we hope you found each interaction with us professional and responsive to your needs!

We still have some of you (just under 25%) that took advantage of an extension. If you are one of them, we will continue to work with you in the coming weeks/months to get your return completed by the applicable deadline - Sep 15th for business returns and October 15th for personal returns.

We want your feedback!

Feedback is a gift and we love gifts!

Some of you have been nice enough to reach out directly via phone, email or in person to share some wonderful feedback on our service.

Now that the tax crunch is over, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to give us a pubic review on Google. We strive each and every day to meet and exceed your expectations and we'd love to know how we are doing.

To leave a review, go to Google.com, search for Balcerzak Financial Services and click leave a review. It's that simple!

Before you know it...

We all know how quickly time flies so it is never too early to start planning for 2021 and next year's tax season.

As needed, we will set up meetings later this year to discuss tax strategies or major changes in your life as well as send out a tax planner for 2021. However, please feel free to reach out any time if you have questions or want guidance. I promise that if we don't know the answer, we will refer you to someone who does. In the meantime, please click the link below for the electronic version of our mid year Tax Update

Mid-Year Tax Update

For those of you that are waiting on refunds or feedback on an amended return or other correspondence with the IRS, WE SHARE YOUR FRUSTRATION!! Unfortunately, we do not have a secret code or hot line number we can call to get you a faster response. I am sure all of you can understand how taxed (pardon the pun..) the IRS is with the combined impacts of the pandemic, stimulus payments, etc. Keep your fingers crossed that things will improve.
