As our clients have introduced new processes, changed safety protocols, or had employees change roles, Hygieneering has provided temporary onsite Environmental Health and Safety professionals for supplementary support to ensure continued compliance and environmental health and safety regulations are followed. Hygieneering has been assisting in sectors such as petrochemical, research and development, industrial/railway, chemical manufacturing, and food processing facilities. OSHA Injury and Illness Incident Reporting | |
According to OSHA guidelines for 2025, employers required to report work-related injuries and illnesses must electronically submit their data through the Injury Tracking Application (ITA) by March 2, 2025. This submission includes information from OSHA Forms 300 and 300A, covering incidents that occurred during the previous calendar year. | |
Key points about OSHA injury and illness reporting in 2025:
- Deadline: March 2, 2025
- Form to submit: Data from OSHA Forms 300 and 300A
- Submission method: Electronic submission through the ITA
- Posting requirement: Form 300A must be posted in the workplace from February 1 to April 30

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS AND COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT
- Working knowledge of EPA, TSCA, RCRA, EPCRA and IL environmental rules SRP and TACO
- 3-7 years of environmental consulting industry work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- Credentials such as a CHMM, 40-hr. HAZWOPER, 30-hr. OSHA
- Ability to wear and work in PPE (Respiratory protection, fall protection, protective outerwear, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA health and safety rules

- Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Tier II Reports – Due March 1st.
