On April 28, 2023, ServiSolutions announced our alignment with Fannie Mae’s Condo Project Manager (CPM) requirements for loan applications dated 07/01/2023 and after. Further clarification is being provided to our lenders.
Condo Project Manager must be used for all condo projects being reviewed under the full review process, for applications dated on and after 07/01/23. These approvals include all projects already approved by Fannie Mae and delivered with Project Type Code T, Lender Certified Full reviews of New Condo Projects delivered with R for Full Review New Condo Projects, and Lender Certified Full Review Established Condo Projects delivered with Project Type Code S.
In addition to the required insurance documentation, ServiSolutions will require the CPM Approval ID to be listed on the 1008 and a copy of the CPM approval printout included in every Condo property loan being uploaded to us for purchase review. For all Lender Certified Full review projects, we will also require a copy of the completed Condo Questionnaire that was uploaded to Condo Project Manager.
