Author Visits in September....
September is an active month for readers coming to the library. We have two wonderful authors joining us this month.
First, Randy Susan Myers, author of "
Accidents of Marriage", will speak here
 about this newest novel on
Saturday, September 19 at 1pm. This novel received a starred review From Kirkus who wrote "Beautifully written, poignant and thought-provoking, this novel refuses to succumb to stereotypical reader expectation, making it even more memorable."

Thursday, September 24 at 7pm, Michael Blanding, author of
"The Map Thief" will discuss his book about map dealer E Forbes Smiley, who systematically sliced priceless antique maps out of rare books and sold them
 to unsuspecting collectors around the world. Find out how he was able to perpetrate these crimes for so long and how he was ultimately caught by authorities.
