Dear Prince Families:

Students are encouraged to wear UGA spirit wear tomorrow as the Dawgs prepare to battle the TCU Horned Frogs in tomorrow night’s College Football National Championship! Tuesday is a regular school day, and any student who comes in late after the big game will be warmly welcomed. Please remember that students must arrive by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday to particulate in afterschool athletics/fine arts according to the GHSA’s policy.

This Wednesday, middle and high school students will have separate assemblies to discuss an addition to our school’s plagiarism policy (more specifically, the unauthorized use of web-based Artificial Intelligence [AI] responses to teachers’ assignments). We will also discuss social events on the horizon (100th day of school celebration, this Friday night’s middle school dance, etcetera).

REENROLLMENT begins THIS WEEK on January 11, and we will start admitting new students on February 9. Our total enrollment forecast projects more students (returning and new) than we can accommodate, so I encourage you to reenroll early to reserve your child’s seat for SY 2023-2024.

Re-enrollment packets for the

2023-2024 school year will be distributed

on Wednesday, January 11th.

Families will immediately be able to complete the

reenrollment process at that time.

Please plan to reenroll early

to help us prepare for the upcoming school year.

The last day to reenroll before the reenrollment fee

increases will be Wednesday, February 8th.

Monday, January 9th is a school-wide

University of Georgia Spirit Day

in support of the DAWGS competing in the

National Championship Game!

Students may wear UGA shirts

with jeans (no holes or rips) or uniform bottoms.

*No pajamas, sweatpants, athletic shorts, or leggings allowed.*

Students in the junior class who ordered a class ring

will be presented their rings at this time.

Parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
