The City of Chandler has been ranked the best place to live in Arizona, based on public voting for the 2024 edition of Ranking Arizona. Published by AZ Big Media, Ranking Arizona is an annual business opinion poll that asks voters to make their top picks in different categories important to the state's business community.

ICYMI: University of Arizona to launch Master of Science in Business Analytics at Chandler location for fall 2024 semester

The University of Arizona is adding the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) to the programs available at its Near You Network location in Downtown Chandler for the fall 2024 semester. Offered by the Eller College of Management, the Eller MSBA program has been ranked the nation’s No. 10 public graduate online business analytics program by U.S. News & World Report (2023). It is STEM designated with curriculum that covers cutting-edge topics, such as machine learning, data visualization, generative AI, and business optimization.


“The MS in Business Analytics significantly enhances our academic program offerings in Chandler. We anticipate that this degree program will seamlessly align with the needs of numerous corporations and organizations in the region, and we eagerly await the arrival of our inaugural student cohort.” Dr. Craig Wilson, Vice Provost for Online, Distance and Continuing Education.


Business Analytics is consistently ranked as one of the most in-demand hard skills and a skill that companies need most. The Eller MSBA is an interdisciplinary program taught by world-renowned faculty in multiple domains such as Management Information Systems, Marketing, Economics, Accounting and Finance.

ICYMI: Round1 Bowling & Arcade coming to Chandler Fashion Center

Round1 Bowling & Arcade, a multi-entertainment, family-fun facility chain, has announced that it is coming to Chandler Fashion Center. 


Originating from Japan, Round1 has expanded into the United States with over fifty locations, appealing to all ages with its diverse entertainment activities. ICYMI: University of Arizona and Chandler Unified School District to partner on semiconductor manufacturing technical education program

The University of Arizona Center for Semiconductor Manufacturing and Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) recently announced that they are partnering to launch a new high school-level career and technical education program in semiconductor manufacturing. The program is the first of its kind in Arizona and is part of an effort to help meet the workforce demands of the growing industry.


The program is set to launch in fall 2025 and will be housed at Hamilton High School in Chandler. CUSD is anticipating strong interest in the program. A weeklong semiconductor camp to be held this summer reportedly filled up its 40 available spots in only two days.
