Dear all,
I hope your inbox has been quieter over the last couple of weeks and that this Enews+ is helpful at setting out what support is available over the coming month. As we enter 2023 we are busy in Church House ensuring that our priorities for the coming year are fully focused around supporting you and your parishes and encouraging confidence in our future.
It is clear that 2023 will bring a number of challenges, not least around the cost of heating for parishes and vicarages alike. I hope the grants to churches which were given in December have taken the edge off some of the bills, but I know it remains very tough. For clergy and lay staff, we are looking at running a further energy hardship appeal and we will be in touch shortly. In the meantime, if there is anything we can do to help then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Jonathan
