Zhanna is a certified chemist, MBA (IFM Business School Geneva), General Gemology Specialist (Geneva, Switzerland). Director of AlpenGem DMCC, Sales Director in AlpenGem & ArtCentrum Sàrl, Switzerland. The main activity of the companies is provision of jewellery design courses and related art courses, sale of jewellery design projects and 3D visualization, supply of coloured faceted gemstones to companies in Switzerland and worldwide, jewellery production and sales.

Valeriya Khachaturova

Art Historian, Creative Director, AlpenGem & ArtCentrum

Valeriya is a certified art historian and expert appraiser of antiques, Director at AlpenGem & ArtCentrum Sàrl, Switzerland, Creative Director in AlpenGem DMCC Dubai. In AlpenGem she specializes in jewellery sketching and customs jewellery design, creator of jewellery collections. She organizes art lectures about jewellery and art, and created online courses «Women Jewellery Designers», «Art History + Learn How to Draw».

Natalja Shabashova

Audit Senior Manager, RSM Switzerland SA

Natalja is a UK certified chartered accountant (ACCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Swiss Licensed Audit Expert. She is also certified to carry out Equal Pay audits in Switzerland. Natalja has 12+ years of working experience in the fields of external audit and financial reporting, in Estonia, Luxembourg and Switzerland. She is Audit Senior Manager at RSM Switzerland, the 6th largest audit, tax and advisory network in the world. Natalja is passionate about empowerment topics.
