Hey Mamas! As we wind down the year, I'm recapping 3 things to prioritize and should consider taking into in 2023. Let's post wins all year long!
1. SELF CARE IS KEY!
As we prepare to enter 2023, it's important to remember that focusing on mental, spiritual, emotional, physical and financial wellness is critical. Our health impacts our ability to accomplish our life mission - whether that's taking care of a family, running a business, being a boss at work, supporting the community or taking care of ourselves.

No matter what is on your plate, it's important to remember that you can't pour out from an empty cup. So, consider this self-care quote by Audre Lorde as a guide for 2023. We cannot afford not to neglect ourselves.
Caring for myself is not self-indulgence. It’s self-preservation
2. RELATIONSHIPS MATTER
Throughout 2022, Women Work Well discussed the importance of community. I've encouraged you to connect to women in your network and reach out to others in your sphere of influence. And stepping into 2023 is no different! I'm challenging you to start the year by intentionally thinking about your relationships and how they can help you become the best version of yourself.
3. MOTHERHOOD IS HARD
Motherhood is not a solo sport! And we all need reinforcement, encouragement and support. And that's why I created the #MOMLIFE: Navigating New Seasons Workbook.
