GA Position Highlights

Jardine Assistant Community Coordinator

  • Apartment Community consisting of 36 buildings with over 70 floor plans and a diverse resident population. With a total of 1,500 residents Jardine ranges from families, international students, graduate students, athletes and more.



  • Advise Jardine staff council and directly supervise 9 RAs, co-supervise 18 RAs, and work collaboratively within both neighborhoods with a total of 5 senior staff members.

Residence Hall Assistant Coordinator

  • Traditional community consisting of 7 residence halls with about 2,500 residents.


  • Manage front desk staff and advise Hall Council and student staff teams. Co-supervise a building of about 400-600 residents with a Community Coordinator.



  • Student staff teams range from 7-13 RAs and 13-17 front desk staff.

 Assistant Coordinator, Departmental Initiatives

  • Honor’s House
  • Residence hall with about 50 residents in the university honors program.



  • Smurthwaite Scholarship and Leadership House
  • All female residence hall with about 45 residents participating in leadership programming.


  • Both halls advise student organizations such as the National Residence Hall Honorary, Association of Residence Halls, and the Social Justice Alliance.


  • Advise 1-5 student staff members.
