Welcome to the Lord's Table

Beginning tonight at 5:30pm

Communion class for 3rd graders or those who have missed it before, accompanied by one parent. A Place at the Table will be on three Wednesdays: May 1, and May 8 from 5:30 to 6:30pm in the Learning Space. We will celebrate their coming to the meal on May 12 Ascension Sunday. Speak with Pastor Dianne if you want your children to attend.

FLC Spring Clean Up!

Sunday, May 5, from 9:30 to 2 pm.

Give a half hour to cleaning up and caring for God's good earth around the church. Pick trash, trim hedges, prune trees, rake leaves, and expose rhizomes! We have to-do lists, so there's something for everyone to do.

Kids Scavenger Hunt:

Get your scavenger hunt checklist, pencil and garbage bag at the table outside by the church entrance. Complete the items on the list, check them off and pick up garbage on the way. Come back to the table and choose a healthy treat.

Wear work clothes and gloves! Bring extra rakes, hedge trimmers, hand shears, hand spades (for turning over the earth in the planter on the London Road canopy), brooms, and loppers; we'll supply plastic gloves and trash bags.

Do you have a pickup truck? Another pickup truck to haul away branches and brush would help!

Does anyone have an extension trimmer to prune high branches? Bring it!

Mark your calendar for Mulch Day, Sunday, June 2, after church!
