BEFORE...

An out of town client bought this house for a second residence. He just finished tearing down the original front porch and curved overhang above the front door. His plan was to put a garage addition on the side of the house so that he could finish the current lower level garage as living space. He also wanted to create a rooftop deck above the new garage.

Exterior Reimagining - I provide clients with a digital image of their home with new paint color, shutters, landscaping etc.

Staging consultation - for clients who are selling their home I give advice on re-arranging, eliminating, and/or additional changes that will make their home more appealing to Buyers.

3D Floorplans - For people who might be taking down walls and/or to re-jigging their space, I can provide visuals that really provide the motivation to make it a reality!

Investor / Remodeling consultation - I work with investors or new home buyers to re-imagine the space into something more appealing and functional. It is also a great gift for new home buyers.

Color Consultation - some people need help picking colors for their spaces. Trim color and woodwork need to be taken into consideration when choosing paint and I can help with that.
