SARPC is blessed to have nearly 100 full-time employees. List includes an Elder Law Attorney and a couple of RN’s. Not to mention numerous dedicated staff who provide many services to our three County Region. New Department Directors Tom Piper (Transportation), Nicole Taylor 

(Community Planning) and Shannon Diabin (Employment and Economic Development) are doing a great job as their predecessors (Kevin Harrison), (Terri Pringle) and (Diane Burnett) provided invaluable leadership to SARPC.

Human Resources Department

Welcome to the newest segment of the SARPC newsletter. The Human Resources (HR) department is under the direction of Terry Robinson, MSHRM. One of the objectives of the HR department is to attract and recruit a knowledgeable workforce to provide SARPC and its member communities with employees that can meet and exceed the requirements of the agency’s programs. HR is committed to the development of the department in order to retain top tier talent and effectively meet the organization’s goals. 


SARPC is growing faster than ever. In 2023 alone, SARPC has onboarded 11 new hires with an additional six coming on board in June 2023. These numbers place SARPC’s full and part-time employees well over 100. Over half of SARPC’s staff has been employed with SARPC for three plus years, 27 staff members have been active for 10 plus years, and SARPC’s longest serving employee comes in right over 27 years!
