WEDNESDAY WELLNESS

This Wednesday

What It Means to Breathe:

An Interview with Rev. Dr. Vance P. Ross, May 19, 2020

The Best of Wednesday Wellness for May8th is when Dr. Ross describes a moment of fear when a police van pulls up alongside him, and confronts how this is "not normal" to have to feel but a direct symptom of what white supremacy does to mythologize and police black bodies. The conversation moves toward what it might take to dismantle systemic racism, with a vision toward a HOPE for humanity, beyond this pandemic.
