IT'S ALMOST TIME!

Carnival is this Saturday, and we're ready for good times to roll! We have TONS of info about Carnival and will have even more this Wednesday, so be on the lookout for our special Carnival Edition Newsletter. Read on for more info on VPK registration, a book drive, kindness grams, and more!

VPK REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

VPK (Pre-K) registration for next year, 2025-2026 is now officially open! You can access instructions on how to sign up your child online for the VPK lottery here.

STUDENT COUNCIL BOOK DRIVE

This week, our amazing Student Council will be hosting a Book Drive to benefit the Page by Page Foundation. Please send in your pre-loved K-5 books with your child this week. Student Council representatives will collect them from homeroom classrooms.

CARNIVAL TICKET INFO

Tickets will be available for purchase under the tent near the school entrance on 57th Ave this week, Monday - Friday (1/27 - 1/31) from 7:45 - 8:45 AM; 1:30 - 3:30 PM AND Saturday at Carnival under the Main Tent at the Ticket Booth. Sales this week at school will be credit card only, NO CASH.

Any tickets that were pre-purchased online can be collected at Will Call under the tent near the school entrance on 57th Ave this week, Thursday (1/30) & Friday (1/31) from 7:45 - 8:45 AM; 1:30 - 3:30 PM AND at Carnival under the Main Tent at the Ticket Booth.

New this year, if you opt out of driving and ride your bike, your student will receive a NO HOMEWORK PASS. We all know those are like GOLD! More info below.

5th Grade Jibbitz/Shoe Charms Sale

Support our 5th grade students by purchasing fun Jibbitz/Shoe Charms this week on 57th Avenue! Jibbitz will be on sale Monday through Friday from 7:45-8:45 AM & 1:30-3:30 PM. Come by, grab your charms, and help support the 5th grade class! Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, or Zelle only.

JOIN OUR BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB

Commemorate your child's birthday with a special dedication sticker inside their favorite book for a sweet surprise that will last for years! During their birthday month, their photo, showcasing the book they chose, will air on our WPEN Broadcast Show.
