Used, designed for high-capacity, continuous operation with durable chilled cast iron rolls, mild steel housing, and SKF spherical roller bearings. It features an adjustable motor base, roll gap adjustment, and central grease manifolds.
Used, Features two 16" x 84" chilled iron rolls, a 125HP WEG motor, and carbon steel construction. It includes a high-volume pocket feeder, manual roll adjustment, and V-belt inter-roll drives. Durable cast iron rolls, alloy steel shafts, self-aligning bearings, and jack screw adjustments ensure ease of use.
Rebuilt,It features a 303 sq. ft. filtration area, a 48” diameter carbon steel horizontal tank, 22 new vertical stainless steel Never-Leak filter leaves with 3” spacing, a vibrator, a hydraulic pump, and a hydraulic door mechanism, and it operates at 70 PSI.
