About This Workshop

In this academy, participants will assess data sets that categorize direct and indirect exclusionary practices and chronic absenteeism within their educational environments. They will critique historically exclusionary practices, inclusion gaps, systemic barriers, and systemic issues in America’s educational system. Participants will analyze professional practices that are rooted in implicit/explicit biases, prejudices, and/or stereotypes based on data sets & personal reflections. There will be an
opportunity to evaluate plans to refine and/or strengthen inclusion practices to increase attendance and engagement for all stakeholder groups.
*Refunds will be issued only to participants who call the ROE seven (7) business days before the start date of the program, or if the program is cancelled.
