The team has also been named grand champion of the entire Jr Nationals, having the highest scoring routine out of 51 teams, with a score of 98.1! This marks the fourth consecutive year that they have won Nationals in show cheer and Grand Champion.

Student Governing Board Representatives

The Student Governing Board Representatives are crucial to the monthly Board meetings. These scholars are hard-working and dedicated students who have accepted the responsibility of representing their schools and keeping the Board of Trustees well-informed of current and upcoming school events.

Board Presentation Highlights

Dr. Kip Meyer, the Assistant Superintendent of Student Support Services, shared an update on the District's top priority, Student Well-Being. The Student Well-Being goals aim to ignite the passion for learning in every student by enhancing their connection with the school, creating a positive school culture that promotes student success, and improving communication between homes and schools.

Board Action Highlights 📝

Julie Edmunds, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, presented the 2022-23 Second Interim Financial Report to the Governing Board. A Second Interim report must be prepared each year using July 1 through January 31 as a predictor for the rest of the fiscal year and projecting the next two fiscal years’ balance revenues and expenses.

Based on this analysis, the Board took action to certify to the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) that the District can meet all of its financial obligations for the current year and two subsequent years.

The Board of Trustees approved the Second Interim Report and the positive certification for 2022-23.
