Naz Majidi
New York

Naz Majidi is a Managing Director of GreensLedge Capital Markets. She joined the firm in 2011 and is presently part of the Liability Management team. Naz advises clients in the middle market space, mainly working with diversified asset managers, credit hedge funds and finance companies to put in place customized financing strategies. Prior to joining GreensLedge, she was part of the US Structured Credit and Conduits Group at Natixis Capital Markets for five years.

Nili T. Moghaddam is Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar defense. She started her career as a law clerk in the Southern District of New York and then as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Most recently, before joining Skadden, she was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles where she prosecuted financial, national security and violent crimes.

Leila Hajalilou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento. With a passion for out-of-the-box thinking, Leila has been spearheading an industry-wide shift toward transforming how  engineers connect, view and share content in the marketing and branding space.  Leila and her family are passionate about causes that promote women's' empowerment, education, health and human services, arts and culture. After serving on numerous boards in leadership roles, she recently became part of the Development Committee for Project Concern International (PCI), a non-profit organization with a mission to empower people to enhance health, end hunger and overcome hardship. She is honored to serve as co-chair at PCI's Hands Across Borders 2017 event and honorary chair of PCI's 2018 event.  Leila is an avid reader and learner and loves spending time with her husband, two teenage sons, family and friends. She hopes that she can impact the engineering industry by combining her academic and professional background, love of technology and entrepreneurship skills to improve the lives of individuals in her community and around the world.
