Trilobite Treasures: Arthropods of the Ancient Seas | Opens May 31!
Families of all ages will enjoy being transported back in time to 250 to 500 million years ago to the prehistoric life of the ancient seas when arthropods were plentiful. This unique exhibition explores the life and death of these fine Paleozoic creatures that once roamed the Earth during the Cambrian period, commonly known as the Age of Trilobites.
Features of the exhibit include actual trilobite specimens, charts, posters, artifacts, models, and interactive activities that tells the story of the ancient world of the Paleozoic seas.
Tickets to Trilobite Treasures are $3 for adults who are non-members and $2 for all Institute of Science Standard Members. Children 2-12 and individuals 65+ are $1 each. Enhanced members and children under 2 are free. Non-members must also pay general museum admission.
