Volume 12 No 1 | July/December 2022
This newsletter is labeled Volume 12 - meaning, we've been doing great Theater Made in Maine for 12 years! Dozens of full productions, scores of staged readings, as well as benefits, acting classes - Snowlion Rep has made a mark on the greater Portland (and more recently, greater Freeport) areas.

And now a new venture - Snowlion Rep plans to expand into the Midcoast!
Read more below, and see how YOU can help out...
Christmas in July? Why not?
Our planned production of The Christmas Bride in Concert has been postponed due to staffing issues, but will be seen in a variety of venues in July!

This will not be the first time this show has performed in the summer. One of its most successful outings was in Bethlehem, PA, where Christmas in July was a sell-out for multiple performances at the 400-seat Foy Concert Hall.

We'll keep you posted as plans finalize, but for now, keep a little of the Christmas spirit in reserve for one of the most beautiful scores and touching stories you'll ever see in a Dickens Christmas musical!
A Stellar Season!
Our most recent season of shows, and the first since the pandemic, featured THREE glorious productions. If you saw all three, or even one, you'll remember the high quality of acting, story, and production values that were evident.

MEANINGFUL ENTERTAINMENT is what Snowlion Rep is all about.
How many of these shows did you see this past season?

Snowlion Rep to Expand!
Plans are in place and the early groundwork is being laid for Snowlion Rep to create a summer theater in the greater Boothbay region -
the BOOTHBAY SUMMER THEATER!
As we embark on our three-year plan to bring a professional summer theater experience to the region, there is much you can do to help:

Join our Board of Directors
Volunteer your Time and Talent
Help us connect with Boothbay area VIPs
and most importantly
DONATE

The Davis Family Foundation has pledged
a sizeable grant, but only IF
we can raise substantial funds towards our Year 1 goal.

If you'd like to help us secure that grant, please send a donation
of any amount - it will go towards helping
this vital area of Maine, the Boothbay region,
host a high-quality professional summer theater
and bring a new economic driver to one of
Vacationland's most iconic spots!
