We are excited to announce a NEW FREE PTA event! 

OLGC PTA EDUCATIONAL EXCLUSIVE

“March to College Madness: A Slam Dunk Into Future Success”

This event is specially designed for OLGC parents and presented by the PTA to help them navigate the college planning journey for their children. Please consider joining us. This is a perfect event for parents of young children to prepare for college

Remember to continue checking your backpacks for important information about the FASHION SHOW. This week, information for the Pre-Sale Tombola, Tombola Wish List, and Classroom donations will be coming home. Also, ticket sales are LIVE! The Fashion Show is the largest OLGC fundraiser and is such a special night for our 8th graders. You don’t want to miss it! Tickets sell fast!

Volunteer Note: 

All volunteers for any PTA event (with children present) will need to be Virtus trained and fingerprinted. Please contact Laura Kowalick at kowalickL@olgcnj.org or Jean Kutteroff at kutteroffJ@olgcnj.org in the rectory. The training is very simple and quick, so please consider helping the OLGC community in 2024! Also, we are always looking for volunteers who can help in any way with setup, tear-down, or preparations, which can easily be done at home! There are so many opportunities; there is truly something for everyone!

Uniform Exchange

Wednesday, March 20th

Quinn House from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

It’s time for the final uniform exchange of 2024. Make sure you are ready to switch to Spring Uniforms in April. 

If you have outgrown/unneeded uniforms in clean and good condition that you want to donate to the exchange, please bring all dropoffs to the Quinn House before March 8th so our committee can be prepared for the exchange. Thank you!

This is a BIG YEAR for our 8th-grade students! In case you didn’t know, they are responsible for raising the necessary funds to cover their Graduation Activities, which include their 8th Grade Dinner/Dance, Class T-shirts, Graduation Yard Signs, etc. Thank you in advance for your support of the Class of 2024!

BIG SAMMY’S CAR WASH COUPONS

Is your car showing signs of winter? Well, our 8th graders can help with that! 

The OLGC Class of 2024 has partnered with Big Sammy’s Car Wash, located on Route 38 in Maple Shade. For the entire month of March, they are selling $20 Coupons, which are good for One (1) Shine & Protect wash, their best wash available!
