New! CRA Coordinator Wanted

The City of Winter Haven is looking for a CRA Coordinator to aid in the implementation of the Capital Investment Plan (CIP), the Community Redevelopment Plan for the Florence Villa CRA, and more.

The position will be open until December 22, 2022.

New! Largo Discusses Future of Former Golf Course Property

In May, the Largo's City Commission approved the $600,000 purchase of the former Pinecrest Golf Course property just north of Taylor Lake Park.

The goal was to turn the 21.4-acre site into a regional stormwater retention area that could aid private construction in the medical arts district to the north.

New! RFP/RFQ Request for City of Hallandale

The City of Hallandale is seeking proposals for redeveloping the Public Works compound.

This project will include filling in of the existing retention pond and the construction of a new parking lot that includes, but is not limited to, grading, site drainage, lighting, paving, sodding, pavement markings, and signage.

Proposals are due on December 21, 2022, at 11:00 AM.

Reminder! Community & Economic Development Director Wanted

Dade City is looking for a Community and Development Director.

This position responsibilities include planning, coordinating and providing overall direction for the various functions of the Community and Economic Development department including developing and implementing strategic planning for the department.

Mixed-Use Project Coming to West Palm Beach

For years, West Palm Beach has pushed for redevelopment of the Northwood district, and recently, the city’s planning board greenlit the first project.

Immocorp Capital will create 382 apartments, 63,200 square feet of commercial uses and roughly 13,000 square feet of public space on 4.7 acres at the west end of the Northwood Mixed-Use District.

Reminder! RFP/RFQ Request for City of Bartow

The City of Bartow and the Bartow Community Redevelopment Agency are seeking proposals for redeveloping the City’s “East End Cigar Factory Catalyst Area” into a mixed-use multifamily development project.

Proposals are due on Friday, December 9, 2022.
