TIME TO SCHEDULE!!
It is time to schedule your AERATION of your WARM SEASON GRASS (Zoysia, Bermuda, St Augustine, and Centipede grasses).
Aeration relieves compaction and allows air to reach the roots of your lawn.
Benefits of warm-season aeration:
- Improved air and water infiltration
- Increased nutrient availability to the roots
- Increased turf density
- Reduced thatch development
- Prep your lawn for the colder month to come.
How do I know if I have warm season grass?
If your grass goes dormant and turns yellow/brown in the colder month (Fall & Winter), it means that you have warm season grass!
If it stays green year round, you have Fescue and you can aerate and overseed in the early Fall.
